DISS Shell-and-Tube Desuperheater
DISS is designed for desuperheating of discharge gas inside the tubes on the tube side and heating of a secondary fluid or refrigerant on the shell side.
The desuperheater is designed to heat water in a closed circuit on the outside of straight steel tubes by cooling high-pressure gas inside tubes with star insert.

The desuperheater is designed to heat water in a closed circuit on the outside of straight steel tubes by cooling high-pressure gas inside tubes with star insert. The desuperheater can be built into the pressure gas line between the compressor and the condenser in cooling and heat pump units. The capacity range is between 50 kW and 10,000 kW.
