Who can use this Update Utility:
  • Only registered MatchMaster Users can use this utility.
  • You must have received and installed MatchMaster version 18.00 or later.

 Changes in program version 18.60 as compared to version 18.00:
  • The full SABCube compressor range – SAB-109/133/159 introduced.
  • Chiller ChillPAC with SAB-133 and SAB-159 introduced.
  • 50 Hz/380 V motors supported.
  • Operating limits for compressors HPC and HPO updated.
  • Uniscrew max. oil cooler pressure loss: 10 mbg on oil side, 12 mbg on water side (water cooled).
  • Heat exchanger pressure losses written to XML file as both mbg and kPa. 
  • Chiller operating limits introduced for ChillPAC, LP-ChillPAC, PAC and PLCH chillers.
  • VSD drive option (drive=R) added for Uniscrew compressors.
  • Uniscrew operating limits updated.
  • SABCube operating limits updated.
  • Oil rectifier log display added to evaporator output (visible if relevant).
  • Transfer computation enabled for Uniscrew compressors (condensable media only).
  • Part load tabulation of two stage plants (e.g. CAFP) enabled.
  • Part load computation with any compressor combination and fixed interstage temperature.
  • External interstage load may now be applied to the LP side of a cascade system as well as the (normal) high side of any two stage system.
  • Refrigerant mixtures may be used on the LP side of a cascade system.
  • Where enabled, standard chiller drawings may be requested via email directly from COMP1.
  • COMP1 project data file backup and restore added to file menu.
  • Print options may now be set prior to exch print (use menu Configure -> printer setup-text).
  • Uniscrew min. part load percentage corrected.
  • Problem setting material and secondary refrigerant for PHE heat exchangers resolved.
  • Reported errors corrected.

How to update:
  • The patch may be found as a zipped file (.ZIP)
  • Download/save the wanted file to the temporary location C:\WORK\
  • Unpack (unzip) the file.
  • Make sure that no MatchMaster programs are running.
  • Execute the program ITCPatch.exe
  • Delete all files in the temporary directory.
